It was a great experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Madurai, Rameswaram and Kanyakumari. I was traveling with family. I must say that all the arrangements were done beautifully. The cab provided to us was big enough to adjust the luggage we were carrying. It was clean and very well maintained. Trip was highly comfortable Starting from Start to till end of the trip .All the details were shared in advance and not a single time, did I have to get back to the trip manager for any problem. Accommodations were excellent. I appreciate Madurai Tourism, Especially to Mr. Senthil who is very Gentle, sober, very experienced driver with Jovial nature and having excellent knowledge about the places. We contacted Madurai Tourism for our trip to Madurai , Rameshwaram , Kanyakumari and Kodaikanal. The trip is well organised by Mr. Saravanavel. He organised the whole tour very well. Our Driver Mr. Senthil is very good human being and driver. We are from north India and Mr. Senthil handled all the language barriers during journey. A very kind and respectful person to talk to, he is very professional in the service. Then we have Mr. Senthil, a very kind, respectful, honest and overall fabulous driver, guide and partner in our whole trip. He drove us to all the various destinations, shopping points and all, with his amazing driving skills I must add. He also guided us accordingly to all the locations and sight seeings, as well as temple norms and pre requisites/procedures. If I was to visit the same places again, I'd drive with him as my first choice!

ONE BEST SERVICE WHICH WE CAN OPT FOR. I just googled and contacted them few hours before my flight to Madurai for an 36hrs trip. EXCELLENT Experience. On the on set, we were a bit apprehensive but as the time we spent on the vehicle, our fears of unknown were unfounded. We booked 5 Innovas for trip to Tameswaram from Madurai and back to airport. Vehicles were in good shape, comfortable and the drivers were well informed and courteous. We had a poor experience for our travel from Madurai to Rameswaram to Kanyakumari. We booked this operator's service (even if it was 3000 to 4000 higher than other operators) hoping we'll have a pleasant experience as we were traveling with family. But it was a waste of money and turned out to be a poor experience. The car was good in condition but driver service was extremely poor. First driver dropped us at Rameswaram and left citing personal emergency. The driver assured us that next driver would reach in 3 hrs; but to our disappointment, we could see the next driver only after 24 hrs. The second driver was highly improfessional and would do things at his own will (as if he booked the cab and we were at his service). When we complained to management, the management seemed equally unresponsive. They seemed just worried about their payment. Would like others to be careful of such tricks before you make your booking with this operator.

I would thank A.R. Saravanavel for providing us a good tour package. i would personally thank him for his diligence and walking the extra mile in terms of customer service, be it attending late night calls for providing us driver details, etc... A special thanks to Mr. Mari, our driver who was very good and efficiently covered all the places in the schedule we had planned. The drive even in the hilly regions was very comfortable, he drove well and all the places as per the agreed tour package. I would recommend madurai tourism to other viewers/customers for touring all the historical and pilgrim places of tamilnadu and kerala. The tour package price is based on the requirement we had, so we felt it was slightly higher, however looking at the quality of the hotels and driver that was provided, we felt it was fine. Once again speacial thanks to the entire team of Madurai Tourism, i am looking forward for my nextTamil Nadu tour program covering the Kanyakumari-Trichy-Kumbakonam and Thanjavur regions. We went to madurai-palani-kodaikenal... During dasara vecation.. ( sep-29 to oct-3).. Driver senthil drives very well.... Very cooperative... During all days we eat very elegant food in low cost because of him. Overall trip was.. good... Madurai. Hotel sridevi is too good but far from temple. In kodai hotel Apple valley is good .. but we are unaware of rooms types..we selected deluxe room it's some sort of ok types... More over last day Oct 3rd was strike of hotels in kodai so we vecated early.. Overall trip was very good .. It would be most beautiful if saravanan provide all types of rooms details more clear like check-in time and check out time, room facilities.. and all... Thank you so much to saravanan and senthil for making our trip more memorable....

Can't get better than this. We sought services of this travels after we decided to visit South of TN for around a week. They provided competent prices and a brand new car. The MD of Madurai Tourism, Mr. Saravanavel has been very kind enough right from the planning the tour till the end of the tour. He was always available over email in case of any immediate clarifications, even till late evening. The cab driver, Mr. Ram Kumar, has been a great gentleman in handling our tour all the way. He deserves lot of praise for being patient with our schedules and also helping out which places to visit based on our time and constraints with kids. I had hired a car from Mr. Saravanavel of Madurai Tourism. He gave me a choice of vehicles and quoted reasonably. Driver was very good and punctual. He coordinated very well. He showed us all intresting places. I will surely recomend this agency to anyone touring South India.

Thanks to Mr. Saravanavel ..If you are searching a taxi service for planning your trip then I can tell you blindly you can go with this taxi service because not only the cheap rate but also for getting premium service like ola,Uber. Owner and driver both are very proactive , humble . Driver know Hindi and English both. So they canhelp you to plan your trip properly. Vehicle and driver is best as per rate. Rameswaram trip successfully completed by this travel agency ..next time definitely will plan by them.

It was a great experience. We had availed cab from 2nd December to 6th December 2018. Driver, Paramasivam, is well experienced & well behaved and know the places/timings of temples very well. I recommend this agency for any south India travel

Hi Sir, It was a great trip and well supported tourister. We enjoyed all day starting from day 1 to trip end. Driver bring us home back safe and skillful person. Only drawback was DVD player which you have mentioned in itinerary email. It was not working at all. We have got low sometimes and slept almost all over travelling time. For family trip it would be a entertainment throughout the journey. Anyways let it be. We are really thankful to you and your team for providing such a wonderful trip. Awesome services, met almost all expectations.. Good driving and good knowledge for driver..Driver Karthik was very polite and very helpful..we had 1400km trip across Tamil Nadu...all hotel accommodation were good except one that I've mentioned below. (srishty garden resort in courtallam.. we found frogs in rooms, floors and washroom and uncleaned blankets and torn curtains)..other than this it was a safe and sound ride..

First of all thanks a lot for making our trip a memorable one!! I was a bit concerned about pick up at 4 am , a total 7 day trip and entirely different terrain/language.. But it all vanished when we reached there. Driver ( Saravana Anna ) was very helpful and knew about the places/Timings very well. Language never became a barrier. Saravana Anna knew proper places to eat/ get refreshed. This was much appreciated as we had 3 ladies. We just need to tell Anna about the requirement and he was on his toes to get it done. About the enquiry desk, Sarvanel sir helped us right from the quotation to after sales service with all necessary information, suggestions to make the trip better. Thanks a lot for making the tour so easy for us... Great work!! Keep it going!!!
